To thank all of you for your wonderful support, and to celebrate the joy of life's small things (such as knitting and fiber and color), we have decided to continue to offer free shipping worldwide for yarn and small things indefinitely. (We regret that we cannot extend the offer to books, ball winders or swifts.) Thank you - and may all your tangles be little ones!

PLEASE NOTE: Our ability to offer free shipping is based on our ability to ship efficiently. If you wish your order to be broken into smaller packages, or if you want orders placed on the same processing day to be shipped separately, we will do so. HOWEVER, we will charge for the postage and packaging for all but the first parcel.

**There are some countries which have more difficulty than most reliably delivering our packages. We are unable to guarantee the delivery of packages shipped to the following list of countries, but will still ship free to them. Please note that the purchaser assumes the full risk of orders shipped to the listed countries.

• $5.95 ships as many books, cds or dvds as you care to order USPS Media Mail (est. 2-4 weeks delivery) - Please note that yarn, bags, jewelry, etc. cannot travel via Media Mail.

• $9.95 ships as much as you care to order either USPS First Class or Priority Mail (our choice) (est. 2-5 days delivery). Where shipping weight and size warrent, we will manually reduce your charge. This applies especially to lightweight yarn orders.

Expedited Express Mail orders via USPS pay only our exact cost. Use the "Special Instructions" box when you check out to tell us if you need it. Be sure to let us know the date by which you must receive your package.

International Airmail orders via US Post Office
